You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We'll process any eligible balance after completing required verification checks.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or where we're required to do so by law or regulatory direction. If we close your account for reasons other than a breach on your part, we'll return your available balance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you reside. Ontario players are subject to the regulatory oversight of the AGCO and iGaming Ontario.
